The 12th Microwave & Radar Week (MRW) continues the tradition of highly successful conferences previously held in cities such as Warsaw (2004), Krakow (2006), Wroclaw (2008), Vilnius (2010), Warsaw (2012), Gdansk (2014), Krakow (2016), Poznan (2018), Warsaw (2020), Gdansk (2022), and Wroclaw (2024). Now, the 12th edition of MRW will take place in Krakow, Poland, in 2026. Just like in previous years, the event will feature two parallel symposiums:
- MIKON-2026: 25th International Microwave and Radar Conference
- IRS-2026: International Radar Symposium
DISCOVER KRAKÓW – WHERE HISTORY MEETS INNOVATIONS
Kraków – the former capital of Poland and a UNESCO World Heritage Site – is the countryʼs most visited city, where rich history meets modernity. The cityʼs heart is the largest medieval market square in Europe, featuring the Cloth Hall, St. Maryʼs Basilica, and fascinating underground chambers. Overlooking the Vistula River stands Wawel – the former royal residence and a jewel of architecture, while nearby the vibrant Kazimierz district offers a unique atmosphere, with traces of Jewish heritage and trendy cafés. Kraków is also a city of legends and symbols: the Wawel Dragon breathing fire and the traditional Kraków bagel. Within its borders are eight UNESCO-listed sites, including Leonardo da Vinciʼs painting Lady with an Ermine. EXHIBITION TIME
To facilitate broad interaction with both MIKON and IRS participants, the exhibition will be open to visitors throughout the Microwave & Radar Week, from Monday lunchtime, May 18, 2026, till Thursday lunchtime, May 21, 2026.
Moreover, the MRW Welcome Reception right after the MRW Opening Ceremony on Monday afternoon will be held
in the Exhibition area.
According to the selected sponsor’s or exhibitorʼs package some number of persons indicated in the table below are welcome at the special evening event – Welcome reception at the place of venue and the exhibition.
The exhibition area will be available to exhibitors for setup on May 17, 2026 afternoon (Sunday) and for dismantling on May 21, 2026 (Thursday) or earlier.
PAYMENT POLICY
Mazurkas Congress Management, acting as the Conference Secretariat, operates a 14-day payment policy, counted from the day of invoice receipt. Full prepayment is required. Floor space and sponsorship will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Breach of payment terms may result in the release of reserved items. Please remember that all prices are subject to Polish 23% TAX VAT.
